Great to know that we are delivering on promises to our customers

L4 Asst. Area Manager (AMXL DS) (Current Employee) - Charlotte, NC - July 31,

Amazon is a great place to work, personally for me in the sense that I love the opportunity to coach and develop Associates. I am naturally gifted at building relationships with any team I am a part of through motivating them, listening to them, and assisting them in meeting their goals. Amazon has given me the opportunity to accomplish this goal. However I feel that as an hourly L4 ASM, the base compensation is extremely lacking on the AMXL DS side as the bulk of the time you not only participate in the actual operational flow, but you are also responsible for your own audits as well as completing duties that are above your pay grade and normally without any compensation for the additional workload. Without a proper annual compensation, I am someone who needs OT to make ends meet, and it seems that at the hourly L4 ASM role, OT is pretty much non existent. I feel that the company needs to reset its bar to a year instead of 2 years, for considering associates for internal promotions.

Pros

Stock options, sign on bonuses, decent benefits, work life balance

Cons

Compensation for L4 hourly is lacking, no reward for additional workload, minimum 2 yrs before being considered from promotion is unrealistic

"I was promoted twice. When I was promoted from a Process Assistant (Level 3) to an Area Manager (Level 4), I lost my overtime, moved to a more expensive city and after doing the math actually took a pay cut to work hours as a Manager. I also know for a fact that Amazon pays managers who are recruited from the outside way more than people promoted from within. They promote you and put you on the minimum college new hire salary."

Amazon Salary Negotiation (Former Amazon Recruiting Leader) PART 1 OF 3

He asked How are you satisfied. I answered Of course, I'm happy. It was wonderful. After catching our breath, we went to the shower.

Now discussing:

Her vagina was soft and elastic to the touch, Nina was so indignant from my kuni, finished quickly, she deftly literally pulled me. Over herself - her slit became so wet and squeezed my penis tightly. Then she wrapped her legs around me, slightly raised her round ass and began to wave at me, emitting loud voluptuous moans. When finished, she deftly slipped out from under me and stood in the knee-elbow - I finished with delight in her excellent, sweet.
