Deposit was not mentioned anywhere. Not thrilled about the accident policy. Drop off address was not correct.
My pickup was horrible. I had to deal with the rudest, meanest, horrible person I have ever met. I am 70 years old and I was spoken to with such disrespect it was unbelievable. I actually dreaded turning in the car because I might be dealing with the same person. Thank God I had a very kind person when I did my return. I can not understand why Enterprize would ever employ a person with such bad social skills. The car I rented was toyota and the seats were uncomfortable both me and my passenger had back aches when we got home. Also a maintenance message popped up and scared me. I didn't know if the car was going to break down. They need to improve on the cruise control features and the light dimming features. It was fairly good on gas and had room enough for our luggage. If i have to rent a car in the future I will not go thru enterprize unless I can be guaranteed I wouldn't have to deal with the woman that checked me in again.
Airport staff was wonderful it was quick easy in and easy out for pickup and drop off. The vehicle itself had all the creature comforts including phone accessibility which helped with the long ride Bluetooth features for the phone etc.The only thing that could have been better was something a little closer to home but even the 25 minute ride to get the vehicle wasn't terrible.
renting the car - agent was very helpful and friendly, easy return of keys, very clean car and comfortablenothing
Staff was friendly. The vehicle was filthy inside. There were crumbs everywhere in the back seats. The non smoking car was definitely smoked in a reeked of cigarettes. The navigation screen was busted. On top of all that, one of the tires had a significant leak and I had to put air in it several times. Very bad experience.
Staff in ROA very friendly, no one met me in MYR - little unsettling to return car with a representative checking me out.
Easy in and easy out.Nothing
I really have no suggestions. My experience was so good there is nothing that Enterprise could have done to improve. Thank you!
Pick up and drop off were quick. Staff was very friendly. Super easy transaction
Everything was as you would expect when renting a car. EasyNothing

Very easy to pick up and drop off.
people waiting and one person at counter

I didn’t like anything about the whole situationThere attitude and how they talk to customers
The staff was very helpful and kind. The car was NOT cleanat all. There was trash under the drivers seat and it appears that someone spilt a milkshake on the shift stick/center console. I have a hard time believing that if the car was this dirty, that it could have been “sanitized!!” If I had not traveled almost an hour to visit my son, I would have returned the car to exchange.
The staff in both Roanoke and Arlington were very good. THey were a lot better then the folks I dealt with in Montrose CO this morning, also through Avis
Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was the address I was given to drop off the vehicle in Tucker, Ga, was not the location. My GPS took be to a totally different building. Needed to make a call to find where I was to go. Return desk acknowledged it has been an issue.Only car I have rented over the last couple of years that did not have active XSM radio or navigation.
Great car, friendly serviceAgency staff friendly and helpful.
Car was clean and full of gas. Staff was very friendly,Would love to have a rental car with navigation features, especially since most people renting are traveling in an unfamiliar place.
So SmoothCustomer service was excellent.
Easy pickupCat was a little tired and bare bones. Stained seats
Avis the Place that you think as good as Enterprise, but NOPE!Ease of coming and going.Class of Car, Cleanliness of Car, comfort of the car, and NO other options on the lot for a normal rate! I will skip Avis next time because of their customer service!

yesThe price could have been less expensive
they were able to upgrade me without extra costCut down on the age fee please.
On BOTH ends, at EWR and ROAI'm not sure how fair the dropoff fee was!
I got to the airport and they did not have any vehicles to give me. I ended up having to go to another company to rent a car.
Very easy pickup/dropoff. Representative was very pleasant and thorough.
I reserved a premium SUV 1 week in advance. I called 2 days prior to pickup to make sure the car was there. The local merchant did not answer the phone, so I called the number to assure my vehicle was there. The vehicle I reserved was not there when I went to pick up and I was offered a minivan
directions to where the car was parked in the lot on pick up
It was a quick & easy process, both ways. Also the price was great!Nothing to dislike

Reservation made to wrong pickup location, luckily I called to change pickup time and national customer service noticed the problem. Change to pickup location made with no change to cost, very great service from agent, not so great reservation.
The Jetta was super on gas and had plenty of roomPrice, but I know the pandemic is making everything go up.
Quick pickup at ROA Friendly personnel. Car very clean
The staff was helpful, and pickup and drop off were easyThe car reeked of cigarettes. It was quite overpowering and I could smell it on my jacket after getting out of the car. As a family of non smokers, traveling with a young child, it was kind of gross and embarrassing.
Helpful staff and awesome carAllow debit cards for rentals!
Staff very helpful
Staff was niceI requested a transit and got an express van. No CD player. No headrest to put kids DVD players for long drive. No plugs in back to plug in DVD players like transit has.
Better marked spaces for Dollar drop off.
Very friendly and very clean
Can’t even believe itAbsolutely nothingArrived and counter person informed that I was at the wrong airport location (because the consumer understands there are two budget airport locations in a town as small as roanoke, when I am told by customer service, yes pick up from the Roanoke airport there is only one conclusion to draw). He then laughed at me for being so stupid in front of other customers. I got a rental which I have pictures of that was not only absolutely filthy, but still had duct tape on the doors and trunk. The gas tank was half full despite the “full” indication on the paperwork. After informing him I was from Alaska I got to listen to how much he disproved of my senator and how the death penalty should be reintroduced nationwide. I was pulled over for a taillight the morning after pick up (day of travel) and I was informed the gentlemen filled the incorrect last name out, completely different from my own by every letter (not just a simple misspelling) and was told to go to the rental place immediately (I have both copies of paperwork) the best part? He wrote my correct drivers license number clearly showing this was malicious. I absolutely cannot even believe what happened. It’s so unbelievable it sounds like a fallacy. I assure you it is not. I am at a loss for words from my experience.

Clean and well equipped car. The agent was nice and professionalAgent not masked. Not informed when reserving that there would be an additional $ deposit placed on my credit card. When at the counter I was told that it would be released upon return of car. I don’t know if it has been returned yet, but I was on a trip for an interview during the pandemic and placing an additional $ would have made my rental decision clear Togo with a different company.
I tried extending my rental and was charged an exorbitant amount of money to do so.
Great price for a 3 day weekend rental but couldn't get over how dirtyGreat price for a full size car and super quick easy pickup at the airport.Even though the price was great for a Hyundai Sonata we just couldn't get over how dirty, old, well used the car was. The car had close to 40, miles and looked it. Large deep scratch down the drivers side but the worst part was the filthy upholestry and windows. We had to stop 2 different times to clean all of the interior windows because you just couldn't see through the haze. The towels were black, literally black after wiping them down. The seats could not be cleaned. This was not a quick wipe up of a spill, this was deep down stained over the years dirty. While the price was great and it was indeed a nice large size car the dirty and super well used automobile makes me score a lot lower than usual.
Great value and smooth pick up and drop off.The car could have been a little cleaner inside.
The steering wheel on my Jetta made it impossible for me to see how fast I was traveling.I needed to return my rental early and received no discount. Way too many fees. I'LL drive next time.
Smokey carThe counter was easy to locate. The people were very friendly and easy to deal with. The car smelled like smoke. Really strong. I didn't think it was bad at first, but it got pretty annoying.

Staff we friendly enough at the National center and easy to reach by phone. The hours of pick-up did not match what I needed and the KayakRental car site did NOT give me that information. Luckily, I called ahead and would have had to pay an extra day just to get a pick-up BEFORE 8 a.m. I know that the flight schedule in Roanoke, VA is not large, but not to be able to pick up a car before 8 when that is the only outlet for National is a bit unlucky.
Car leaked waterNice comfortable clean car.Leaking water at top left window area.
they were closed at the appointed timeThe National desk at the airport wa closed when we arrived at the scheduled pick up time. We set up the rental to be picked up at 9pm, which should have given us the hour from to pick up that vehicle. We arrived less than 5 minutes after 9 and the desk was unattended. No one tried to contact us to ask us to arrive earlier or explain that they couldn't honor the reservation. Completely unacceptable.
